The police caught 22 people and took another 16 to various police stations in Hajdú-Bihar County yesterday.
There were five traffic accidents; one resulted in serious injuries and four in minor ones.
A 66 year old man was caught by the police. A warrant of arrest was issued against the perpetrator by the court of Debrecen.
