The Hungarian Food Safety Office (NÉBIH) has withdrawn Aqua Minerale San Benedetto mineral water, since it is not suitable for human consumption.
Consumers’ complaints stated that its smell resembled to disinfector, hydrogen sulfide and diesel oil. Laboratory tests did not show any of these; however, the Food Safety Office do not recommend its consumption.
Problems were identified with the 0,5 l bottles with the expiration date of 12. 07. 2019.
