An unknown person asked help from young women; the excuse of the man was that he left his suitcase with all his money in it, so he could not call his relatives in Germany.
The victims gave him money and jewels that he never returned.
A procedure was initiated against him on the reasonable suspicion of fraud and theft.
During the investigation it turned out that the man’s name is Sándor Kocsis and he is from Debrecen. Police Headquarters of Hajdú-Bihar County issued a warrant of caption against him.

I know this guy.
I met him many times during past 3 years.
He asks for money. But he is so kind and polite.
As well as money problem, I believe he has a physiology problem too.
He sits under the rain and snow in a very bad wearing condition and asks for help.
Next time if i had extra money I would definitely give it to him.
I hope the city would support him with shelter, food, love and caring.
