Unstable, windy weather will continue this week. At the beginning of the week, scattered rain is still possible, but from Wednesday, temperatures will rise and the chance of precipitation will decrease. On Saturday, All Saints’ Day, partly cloudy skies are expected, with daytime highs between 16 and 22 degrees Celsius, according to a forecast by HungaroMet Zrt.
On Monday morning, fog will form in calm, clear areas. After the fog clears, the sun will shine, but clouds will increase again in the north by late morning and further south in the afternoon. Scattered rain and showers are expected in the afternoon. The southwesterly and westerly winds will strengthen in many places, occasionally reaching strong gusts. Overnight lows will range between 0 and 8°C, and daytime highs are expected between 9 and 15°C.
By Tuesday morning, precipitation will cease, and clouds will break up. During the day, variable cloud cover is expected, with more sunshine in the northern part of the country and less elsewhere. Only occasional showers may occur. The northwesterly and westerly winds will be accompanied by strong, locally gusty bursts in most areas except the southwest, but the wind will weaken by evening. Minimum temperatures will range between 2 and 9°C, and maximum temperatures between 11 and 17°C.
On Wednesday, the sun will shine for several hours between cirrus and cumulus clouds, with no precipitation expected. The southwesterly and southerly winds will be accompanied by brisk gusts in several areas. Overnight lows will be 1–9°C, and early afternoon highs 14–20°C.
Thursday will bring variable cloud cover with at least a few hours of sunshine, but precipitation is unlikely. The southerly and southwesterly winds will strengthen in several areas, occasionally becoming strong. Temperatures will range from 4 to 13°C in the morning and generally 17–22°C in the early afternoon, around 15°C in the northeast.
Friday is expected to be partly cloudy with no significant precipitation. The southerly and southeasterly winds will be brisk, occasionally strong in some areas of Transdanubia. Overnight lows will range from 4 to 13°C, and daytime highs between 15 and 23°C.
On Saturday, All Saints’ Day, partly cloudy weather is expected, with isolated light rain or showers possible. Winds of variable direction will remain moderate. Overnight temperatures will range from 4 to 13°C, and early afternoon highs from 16 to 22°C.
On Sunday, partly to mostly cloudy skies are expected, but the chance of precipitation is low. Southerly winds will mostly remain moderate. Overnight temperatures will range from 4 to 13°C, and early afternoon highs between 15 and 21°C.
