A report was received by the police on November 20, 2021, that the windshield of a car had been broken on Ady Endre Street in Hajdúnánás. The patrols immediately went to the address given and, based on the ID received, arrested the alleged perpetrator not far from the scene.
As it turned out, the 26-year-old also smashed two other cars during the evening. In the first case, he took only 100 forints, while from the other car he took the radio with him, which he hid in a bush. Police seized the radio and arrested the man due to a well-founded suspicion of a two-way theft offense. After the local resident was arrested, he confessed.
The Criminal Department of the Hajdúnánás Police Station carried out the necessary procedural steps and handed over the resulting documents to the competent prosecutor’s office.
