A man, father of two children committed suicide at the Berettyóújfalu hospital.
On 14 December 2017, a man tried to kill himself in his home in Berettyóújfalu. After the incident, he was taken to the psychiatry of the Gróf Tisza István Hospital. At the hospital, he hung himself up with his shoelace.
The uncle of the deceased man said that it was his fourth suicide attempt. In all the four cases, he was taken to the same hospital. According to the uncle, his death would be avoidable, if the doctors and nurses would have paid more attention.
The director of the hospital initiated an internal investigation.
