Music lovers are invited to a special evening of spiritual and cultural celebration as the Jerusalem Cantors Choir performs live in Debrecen!
Founded in 1972 by disciples of Rabbi Slomo Zalman Rivlin in Jerusalem, the choir aims to preserve and reimagine the rich heritage of Jewish music. Over the decades, they have become one of the most important ambassadors of Jewish music worldwide, performing in countries including the United States, Canada, France, Germany, and Hungary.
The choir’s repertoire spans traditional prayers, cantatas, Yiddish songs, Hasidic melodies, and contemporary Israeli tunes. Each member is an experienced cantor and prayer leader, dedicated to sharing the beauty of Jewish music across the globe. This concert promises not only a musical experience but also a spiritual journey—a gateway to the sounds of Jerusalem.
